To set up your account to email in tasks to your Inbox you first need to set up a pin number for security:

1. Go to Settings
2. Go to the My Info section
3. Enter a 4-8 digit number in the pin field and click Save

Now you can send emails to username-pin@vitalist.com and they will be converted to actions in your Vitalist inbox. The message subject is the action and the body is added as a note.
